The founder and key consultant of Focused Consulting
I started working with IT and business development in the late 1990´s and started Focused Consulting in 2008. I have worked as a System manager, Database architect, Project manager, Business analyst etc.
I have worked for companies such as KPA (Folksam), SiriusPoint, Entropics Asset Management, Dun & Bradstreet (Bisnode), Nicknamed, Svea Ekonomi, AZ / IBM.
I have a curiosity and an eager to understand how I can create the best results for the company. Whether it is a business domain, technical problem, design of a future solution or something else.

Key management roles - Creating great results
Project Manager (PM)
As a project manager we work in all phases of a project. Crucial activities are planning and sequencing of activities, in order to keep dependencies managed efficiently. We always keep a good communication to stakeholders and within the project team. Most of our projects have been in an Agile context with 1 part business and 1 part tech, either system development or system setup/migration.
Product Owner (PO)
Backlog management is the main work task for PO. Prioritizing so that we can develop the right item at the right time. Just as PM, stakeholder management is crucial for PO. Own and communicate a product vision. Align the product vision with the higher business vision. Close collaboration with BA and SM to enhance quality of stories that are ready for development.
Business Analyst (BA)
Identify unspoken expectations and dependencies and get them on the table early is critical for delivering productive software, when we are consulting as BA we spend a lot of time with these tasks. In addition to that is stakeholder management, get the right people in the room (facilitation) and requirements engineering.
